‘Will’
“From Philly’s Finest”
Philadelphia, “E Pluribus Unum”, – “Out of the Many, One!” Unlike in other cities, life for many people was more social, despite massive gentrification, politicization, politicized racial polarization, anarchy, crime, capitalization, gun pollution, gun addiction, drug addiction disease, hunger and homelessness well, incarceration, drug kingpins and gangs, police brutality and corruption, state, city and private sector crime and corruption, and a “God-given need for salvation and forgiveness”. Not unlike other major cities across the country. But in this Philly city, there’s much to offer… and to receive. Homeownership pride runs high here… (Not owning a home is just as great a reward for living here). There are four major colleges; with two major colleges ie Philadelphia Community College; on Spring Garden Street with several satellite campus locations; and the Berean Institute College; (formerly Girard Avenue in the heart of North Philadelphia); in and around the Philadelphia area.
This city; formerly the fourth largest city in America; a hotbed of sports champions and teams…home to boxing greats, The Philadelphia Eagles in NFL football, The 76r’s in basketball, The Philadelphia Wings in football, The Philadelphia Flyers in hockey, The Phillies in baseball, The Taney Street Dragons Little League Baseball Team, “Philly’s World Champions”; with many other good sports teams and supporters; a strong and proud city with diverse people, museums, art galleries, fine dining restaurants and fine culture; Home of “The Rocky Statue and Balboa University”. A Philly neighbor from New Jersey; on the other side of the river, is separated by the Mighty Delaware River; the energetic and unrelenting ‘Schuylkill’ River cuts through Philly; Host to many “Sculls”, Scullies and other types of boat races…at “Fairmount Park!”
“Fairmount Park” (surpassed only by “New York’s Central Park”)… is home to “The First National Zoo in America!”
A city steeped in its pride of being a diverse, unshakable metropolis that boasts tremendous outbursts of wonder, appreciation, adventure and imagination. Fairmount Park, a vast outdoor world of old and new…a wilderness of discovery; an imaginative, friendly-oriented activity for the whole family – “Brotherly love and sisterly affection!” A soulful experience for all who set forth and partake of its wondrous delights… Offerings of bountiful majesty; given to all by ‘Mother Nature’ and the ‘Grace of God!’
… But a deadly city nonetheless.
The time is now… your time… our time, an unrelenting, inclusive, and everlasting holistic experience across the region. A Philadelphia story about your struggles, our struggles, the struggles of life in Philadelphia! The exceptions to the rule are the ones that don’t have fights, or so they say. Willice and his relatives fare no differently than the average people in and around the city…like many in the law enforcement community and many officials of Philadelphia; Willice has paid his dues many times. He’s gone that extra mile a little more often than expected, requested, or unaccepted by many who serve. The trials and tribulations associated with his career advancement and life goals have forced him into a war with a beast no one could have ever imagined. Quadruple his fight against the systematic engine designed to keep him and people of his particular belief in a fixed place… in their place. He struggled with the struggle to hold on to his job, his family, his life and his unwavering devotion to his vow to protect people, his never-ending struggle against the very people he must contend with and work by his side , every day.
“Willice Samuel’s family came north from Georgia via Winnsboro, South Carolina. The family settled in Coatesville, Pennsylvania around April 1911.
Willice’s great-great-grandfather spoke of a lynching of a black man who was burned at the stake by a mob of white men wearing masks. He said the black man; named Zachariah Walker; was accused of shooting and shooting a white police officer named Edgar Rice. He is said to have been a special police officer in Coatesville. The Willices are descendants of America’s lucrative black slavery industry.”
(“SHAMAN”)
He worked with those who plotted against him, those who wanted him humiliated and destroyed. They want to send a clear and strong message, it means… “it is we who are in control…we are the strong and controlling faction; while it is you who are among us! It is they who are destined to serve and remain submissive… forever! Willice Samuel will never be a role model for anyone…Black, Latino, Asian, or White…and anything in between!”
Willice wasn’t on a mission to bring about major social change…but he didn’t, wouldn’t, won’t run or back down from the challenge of protecting the vulnerable.
Crime in the city is at an all-time high. Children kill children, also in the city and in the suburbs. Cities across the country are experiencing many “youth challenges” coupled with the brazen and emboldened mindsets propelled by the racist currents of “white supremacy” and the hatred spewed from the lips of a “doubly accused, treacherous, traitor, insurgent, former White Commander.” house; the imitative depiction of a “Free-World Leadership!” … “Agent Orange”.
The Captain and his crime-fighting team are also besieged with a desk full of corrupt and cold cases that need to be posted from red to black (in the unit’s duty room) in a hurry. They face an onslaught of challenges while grappling with public backlash and case-solving filibusters from city hall, city council and police unions rather than offering solutions. Organized crime and corporate investigations are also part of the hodgepodge of physical and psychological abuse faced by this team of “crack crime fighters”!
If this detective captain and his team can tame the ravishing violence of a rampaging Goliath beast, what can they do against the strategy of a disciplined algorithmic “juggernaut” of a “well-oiled, multi-initiated organized crime frenzy”? How to get there… the four corners of the city?
They don’t know it, but these crime-ridden monsters of so-called humanity would be better off staying out of Captain Willice Samuel and Associates’ radar… they’ll be a sad bunch. They don’t heed the warning… stand your ground away from anything that would or will put you on a collision course with all cases…criminal cases being handled by a “Willice Samuel Investigation”!
“If you can’t make the time, don’t do the crime – Willice is on the case!”
