It has its own educational centers in different parts of the country. Offered, certified, or recognized by OSHA, these programs are generally 10- and 30-hour voluntary programs. These programs are delivered in a teacher-led classroom setting. These programs offer standardized training and further education for the workforce. Interaction and reinforcement both help transmit training to employees. Trainers run these programs. At present, little has changed in the process of disseminating the training. Now, these programs use a mix of online and instructor-led training to improve efficiency and make it easily accessible to employees in need. Various organizations offer OSHA certified and approved health and safety training programs. It takes three to four weeks to process an application for student course completion cards. The graduation card for student courses does not expire. The trainer receives a trainer ID number. It is valid for four years.

In order to retain the trainer status, further training courses must be attended every four years

The training is disseminated through presentations without much interactivity. Students must answer multiple choice questions. This is detrimental to the main purpose of training. The presentation of the learning scenario in the real world will contribute to a more effective uptake of these trainings. The peer-to-peer exchange, sharing knowledge and expertise of the staff and interacting with the trainer and each other will help better. Training courses and programs on environmental protection and occupational safety are available to train employees.

These programs are mainly teacher-led, but there are also some online educational programs offered by institutes and colleges. These health and safety programs also have templates that can be used to create a training manual for any location or company. In Ontario and Alberta, workers in various industries and especially those who are at higher risk such as miners, construction workers, medical workers, etc. are also turning to the health and safety programs.

For the well-being and well-being of the workforce in the workplace, these programs are needed. Workers are offered training and coaching on workplace health and safety issues. Guidance is also provided by the instructor and workers experienced in such conditions.

Workers can work at full strength and endurance when they have the assurance of a healthy, safe workplace. Management must protect them and provide them with protection, along with medical advice should adverse events occur. Safety is part of the workplace and the atmosphere. Maintaining health and safety requires an ongoing process and effort. Training is not a one-off event. It should be strengthened from time to time. Refresher training can help.
